Awareness Poster Sketches

     As we have seen in recent memory, our natural world is experiencing drastic changes due to the technological dependence we have ingrained in society. The use of older energy sources like coal, gas and oil has proven to be more harmful to nature than some may have previously believed, but new energy sources like wind, solar, hydropower, and biomass are becoming a reality and serve as proof that renewable energy should be a integral part of our future. This poster design is meant to show that, similar to how we recycle on a daily, if not, a weekly basis, renewable energy should be the norm for the industrial world we live in. Nature is just as much a part of our livelihood, as heating our homes, or driving our cars, and with that being said it should be a priority for us to protect it. I chose to include the text, "The future is renewable" because I believe that we are by no means, doomed as a society, because we have the technology to make major differences if we implicate the proper measures to ensure a sustainable future for the world around us by utilizing resources we have that are natural and can be recycled in a way that can power our homes and cars, along with any other things we need to live. My hope is that a poster like this can bring emphasis to how renewable/sustainable energy should be the norm in our daily lives, similar to how recycling has become a part of our daily routines.
